The International Society of Baccalaureate Scholars (ISBS), affiliated with Phi Theta Kappa, is the honor society for students pursuing Bachelor’s degrees at community colleges.

Broward College was granted the 1st chapter of ISBS; and we are growing into an active and engaged group, including an induction ceremony and professional development events.

Eligibility for ISBS membership involves:
Successfully completing at least 72 semester hours, including 12 hours of upper level coursework; and earning a 3.5 cumulative GPA on upper level coursework.

Eligible students are identified through a periodic records search and then invited to join.

Information about ISBSĀ Membership fees and benefits is available on the ISBS website.
